Occasion Headpiece covered in Blue Velvet is Mid century Cap Hat designed to be worn at the back of the head. This feminine, elegant hat is lightweight, easy to place and comfortable to wear. You combine it with birdcage or wear it on its own. The birdcage is removable, attached separately on hair comb. The lower edge of the birdcage is adorned with tiny Swarovski crystals.
The millinery canvas base is blocked, wired, covered in silk velvet and finished using millinery couture technique. It is lightweight, adjustable thanks to the wire inside the headpiece.
