Two ladies at the MBE Investiture wearing accessories from BeChic!

Thrilled to share some exciting news – Lisa Eldridge and Sophie Epstone wore our accessories at the prestigious MBE Investiture in Windsor!

The Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) is a distinguished British honor established in 1917 during World War I, recognizing individuals who have made outstanding contributions to public service, culture, the arts, or charitable work. The tradition of the MBE presentation is part of the British royal ceremony, where members of the royal family acknowledge exceptional achievements.

Lisa Eldridge, the renowned British makeup artist and celebrity beautician, received her MBE for her significant contributions to visual culture and makeup artistry, including her hugely popular BBC makeup program, which has inspired millions of viewers.

Sophie Epstone
, CEO and founder of Trekstock Cancer Support, was presented with her MBE by Princess Anne. The award recognized her work supporting people aged 20–40 affected by cancer, highlighting the importance of rehabilitation and recovery, and ensuring the physical and emotional support patients need.

Lisa chose our navy veil headband to perfectly complement her dress and jewelry, while Sophie selected an elegant navy hat that beautifully completed her tailored navy suit. It is an incredible honor for me to see these pieces worn at such a significant occasion. I am always deeply grateful to Rose Cory, the legendary royal milliner, who introduced me to the art of traditional millinery techniques. Thank you, Rose!
